About the property

Views, views, views! This lovely Vermont home is centrally located and close to everything a group needs for a fantastic vacation. Enjoy total privacy and 270 degree mountain views.

The home is perfect for families or a group of friends looking to make some memories. Several family rooms, a game room and plenty more.

The property has a back up generator that powers the entire house in the event we have a power outage.

For those who are staying in, you can curl up with a good book in one of the family rooms, or outside on the deck. You can also hunt for firewood for the fireplace in the gazebo, and create a stack to light as the sun sets. Or maybe you just want to slow down and catch up on a movie you have been wanting to see.

For those who are going out, in winter, the answer is easy. A quick 5 miles away is Magic Mountain, 14 miles to Bromley or 17 miles to Stratton, which means you can get in two or three ski sessions a day, while recovering and refueling at the house in between. Stratton is great in the warm season as well, with a golf course, hiking trails, and summer activities that you can find on their website. There is also fishing, once you purchase your license you will be provided with a ton of material by the State of Vermont to assist you in your angling adventure.

Then, as the sun sets, enjoy a glass of your favorite beverage, and take in the views as the sun sets. Or your group can gather around the fireplace, and listen to the cracking fire and sounds of Vermont’s nature as the sun departs for the day.

May in Vermont, Windham

31 May 2026

Lauren Tillman

We had an amazing Memorial Day weekend at this Vermont home. The weather was beautiful, and we spent so much time outside enjoying the decks, grill, gazebo, and peaceful mountain views. The house was very comfortable for our group and had a great mix of cozy indoor spaces and outdoor areas for gathering. It felt like a true Vermont escape — private, scenic, and perfect for reconnecting with family and friends.

Perfect weekend

This was a wonderful Presidents’ Day weekend stay for our family ski trip. The location was excellent — close to several ski mountains, but still quiet and private. After long days on the slopes, everyone loved coming back to the warm house, relaxing by the fireplace, and spending time in the game room. The views were incredible, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable winter getaway. We would absolutely come back.

New Year

We celebrated New Year’s at this Vermont chalet, and it was such a cozy and special experience. The fireplaces made the house feel warm and inviting, and the snowy mountain setting was beautiful. There was plenty of room for our group to gather, cook, play games, and celebrate together. Being close to Magic, Bromley, and Stratton was a huge plus for the skiers in our group. It was the perfect place to welcome the New Year.

Lovely Labor Day!

Our Labor Day weekend stay was fantastic. The house felt very private, yet it was still close enough to Londonderry, Manchester, and nearby outdoor activities. We spent most of our time enjoying the decks, cooking together, and relaxing with the mountain views. The kitchen was well-equipped for a group, and the layout gave everyone enough space to spread out. It was a perfect end-of-summer retreat in Vermont.

What a summer

We stayed at this beautiful Vermont chalet with our family in the summer of 2025, and it was exactly what we needed. The mountain views from the decks were absolutely stunning, especially in the mornings with coffee and in the evenings around sunset. The house had plenty of space for everyone, and the game room was a big hit with both kids and adults. We also loved grilling outside and spending time by the gazebo fireplace. A peaceful, private, and very memorable Vermont getaway.
