Nicknamed the “Tricky Triangle,” the Pocono Raceway is one of the most unique racetracks in the United States. The track has the longest front-stretch in motorsports along with three distinct turns that bring unruly excitement. Along with other weekend events, this spectacular motorsport venue hosts both NASCAR and IndyCar races such as the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Pocono 400 Race Weekend in June, the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Gander Outdoors 400 Race Weekend in July, and the Verizon IndyCar Series ABC Supply 500 Race Weekend in August. Kids will enjoy the Raceway’s Kids Zone with face painting, bounce houses, jousting, tricycle racing, golf lessons, and get to meet Tricky the Fox at Tricky’s Kit Kamp.
The Pocono Mountains introduced the first commercial ski area in Pennsylvania back in 1946 and to this day the region has remained a popular ski destination.
