About the property
A pristine Green Mountain estate which sleeps 12 and is ideal for a large family, two families wishing to share a vacation, a group of friends, a corporate retreat or academic seminar. The estate has incredible views and is packed with amenities such as a swimming pool, game room, indoor fireplaces, firepit, professionally-designed kitchen, and an outdoor BBQ grill. Close to Mt. Snow and Stratton, this is a perfect location for fun in the winter, a spring retreat, a relaxing summer family vacation, or a place to view the fall foliage in autumn.
The Space
The home offers six bedrooms, four bathrooms, and plenty of space for up to 12 people to stay very comfortably. With a sharp interior design, the home was built and stocked with top-of-the-line materials, appliances, amenities, all with luxury, entertainment, and relaxation in mind.
The pool, which is open during the summer, is surrounded by a large deck and offers outstanding views of the surrounding valleys and hills. An outdoor gas BBQ is available for your group’s grill master. The lanai (small white building) has a fireplace and huge windows and is perfect for relaxing after a fun day of skiing, hiking, golfing, and adventure. The estate also has an outdoor firepit.
The main house has two family rooms which allows the kids to watch their shows and the adults theirs, or one for sports and the other for movies/TV shows. There is a pool table and fireplace for your enjoyment as well.
The kitchen has Viking appliances which are a treat for those who love to cook and will impress you as you cook those scrumptious feasts to fed your group.
The estate has a large grass field which is perfect for the kids to run around, or for a pickup game of football, soccer, or to toss the baseball around.
The Perfect Day
Start the day by watching the incredible sunrise while sipping your favorite brew of coffee and munching on a delicious breakfast made with the Viking appliances. If you are here in winter, head to the slopes and enjoy the best ski mountains Vermont has to offer! You are close enough that you can come home for lunch and a nap, or you can find a lovely place in town for a cup of soup and a sandwich.
If you are here in the spring, summer, or fall, there is plenty to do! You can lounge around the swimming pool and take in the amazing views. For the athletic groups, you can host a tennis tournament on the private court, or set up a reservation at a golf course and hit the links. For those looking for something a little lower key, find a festival or fair to walk around, or put on some hiking boots and experience the natural beauty Vermont has to offer. There are plenty of lakes and rivers to fish in, as well, catch something for the night’s dinner! There are also wineries and breweries to tour, art galleries to browse, and local artists to support, if that is more your speed. And don’t forget to check out the local farms for some fresh produce!
For those who like to read and stay in, there are plenty of great places to curl up with a book, grab a bottle of your favorite vintage, or perhaps a local one you wish to try, and let your mind escape into a world of mystery and intrigue!
After a day of fun, start a fire, and with the crackling wood as your companion, cook up a feast for dinner and watch in awe as the sun sets. Or let someone else do the cooking and head into town to any number of great restaurants. Then bring out your favorite board game, or set up a friendly tournament on the pool table, or put a sport or movie on the TV. If it is warm enough, serve a round of your favorite beverage as you and your group have a lovely conversation on the large outdoor deck, or around the firepit, as the delightful natural Vermont ambiance announces the conclusion of the day.
The Neighborhood
The estate has complete privacy! Located in a beautiful and secluded rural Vermont area, the estate is close to several attractions no matter what time of year you decide to visit.
In the spring, summer, and fall, there are plenty of festivals to enjoy and walk around, which provides fun for the whole family and is a great way to create memories and pictures that will make the wall of your family’s home. Adams Family Farm is a place where your kids can learn about farm life. Local farmers are dedicated to providing fresh organic fruits and vegetables, and ethically harvested eggs and meat. One meal with Vermont’s best produce and cheeses will spoil you!
For winter, the estate is located just 20 minutes from Mount Snow, close enough for two sessions, one in the morning, and one in the afternoon, or one in the middle of the day and one at night, for example. There is cross-country skiing at Grafton Village and tubing as well. Stratton is 30 minutes away as well.
Manchester, which contains the Lincoln family home, is about a one hour drive away, and is a good place to go for the day. There are plenty of delicious restaurants, Four Columns Inn is a historic restaurant with a great selection of delicious foods, and there are quaint little shops sprinkled in the towns and villages nearby. There are spas and places to be pampered, and if you like to support local artists, there are art galleries and shops where you can find the next unique piece for your home.
Let us know how we can make your next Vermont trip absolutely perfect! Our goal is for you to have a vacation you and your family will remember forever.

Memorial Day in Vermont
Nathan Northampton
We loved our Memorial Day stay at Mountain Top Estate. The house is beautiful, private, and surrounded by classic Vermont scenery. The outdoor space was perfect for our group — morning coffee with the views, afternoons outside, and evenings by the fire pit. The kitchen was excellent, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the whole property made the weekend feel relaxed and special.
Great Presidents’ Day Ski Weekend
Margaret Black
Our group had a fantastic Presidents’ Day weekend at this estate. The house was a great base for skiing, with Mount Snow and Stratton both within a reasonable drive. After skiing, everyone loved relaxing by the fireplace, playing pool downstairs, and enjoying big family dinners. The home was clean, spacious, and very well set up for a winter getaway.
Beautiful New Year’s Stay
Emily Koblstein
We stayed here for New Year’s and had an amazing time. The home felt warm, cozy, and elegant, especially with the fireplaces and large gathering spaces. There was plenty of room for our group, and the kitchen made it easy to cook a special New Year’s dinner together. The location was great for winter activities, and coming back to such a comfortable home after a day out made the trip feel extra special.
Perfect Labor Day Weekend
Michael Rollands
This was the perfect home for our Labor Day weekend in Vermont. The property felt private and quiet, with gorgeous mountain views and so much space for everyone to spread out. We spent most of our time by the pool, grilling, playing games, and enjoying evenings around the fire pit. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend with family and friends.

Peaceful Early Summer Retreat

David Hudson
This was a perfect early summer retreat for our family. The property is peaceful and private, with a large yard, beautiful views, and plenty of room inside and outside. We enjoyed the pool, the pool table, the outdoor grill, and the cozy lanai in the evenings. It felt like a true Vermont escape — quiet, comfortable, and very memorable.
