About the property
This Stratton Mountain condo with a private hot tub has four bedrooms that sleeps up to twelve guests comfortably while being close to the best skiing, golfing, shopping, dining and fun that Vermont has to offer! Minutes from Stratton, Bromley, Magic and Mount Snow, this cozy condo is great for a family or a group of friends who want to be in the center of the Southern Vermont action. Two family rooms with large TVs, two fireplaces, a great kitchen, and incredible views of Stratton!
The Space
There are four bedrooms spread across the three floors, each with convenient access to their own full bathroom. Each bed will have fresh linens and each bathroom will be stocked with towels and paper products, ready and waiting for your stay!
The main floor has a kitchen, dining room, and a family room. The kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, cookware, utensils, and the appliances your chef will need for those homecooked meals! The dining room is next to the kitchen with a large table that seats 8 and has a great view of the mountain. The family room has plenty of seating, with a wood fireplace and a large TV.
Out on the deck off the main floor is a gas grill and a hot tub! Both are available year-round, the grill will have propane ready to go, and the hot tub is professionally maintained and cleaned after each stay!
The lower level has the second family room, also with a large TV, plenty of seating, and its own wood fireplace. The two family rooms offers your group a lot of flexibility, one half can be watching the game while the other half watches a movie, or the kids can have their area and the adults have theirs, for example!
The Perfect Day
After enjoying a hot cup of tea or coffee on the back deck that overlooks Stratton Mountain, your group has a lot of choices to make! You can head to the slopes or the golf course in the morning, or spend a lazy day in with a good book or a favorite movie or watch the game on the TV! You can also mix and match, being so close to the mountain means you can come and go from the slopes as much as you desire.
After a day of fun, gather the group around the crackling fire while sharing memories made, or soak those muscles in the hot tub! A local favorite is to jump into the hot tub while it is snowing, it seriously is an experience that must be tried.
Then it is dinner plans. Shop at any one of a number of nearby farmer’s markets or grocery stores and cook a feast in the kitchen, or head into a nearby town and let someone else do the preparing and cleaning! Then you can do some nightlife, grabbing a drink or shopping at the great shops, before turning in and resting up for another great day of fun!
The Neighborhood
Stratton Mountain is five minutes away, Bromley is fifteen minutes away, Magic is twenty minutes away, and Mt. Snow is a half an hour away, four great mountains that provide plenty of slopes for those longer ski trips. You are also a very short distance away from Stratton Village, a cozy little mountain base town that has shops and a bit of a nightlife for those who like to go out and make someone else do the cooking. You can also purchase or repair ski and snowboard equipment, or get some winter clothing that you may need.
Bondville and Rawsonville are also only minutes away, and Jamaica, which has amazing restaurants, shops, and stores with everything you need is less than twenty minutes by car. Every Vermont small village has the standard amenities—great places to get a sandwich or pick up a few things for the refrigerator, small shops, and so on—while having its own unique flavor.
Over the mountains and through the woods is Manchester, one of Vermont’s best towns that has great eateries, lovely art galleries and shops, Lincoln’s family home and museums to visit, an off-road driving school (Land Rover Driving Experience), and schools that teach fishing and shooting techniques, perfect for the sportsmen and sportswomen in the group.
Local farms offer incredibly fresh and delicious produce, eggs, meats, cheeses, and baked goods, perfect for use in the great kitchen! Berry picking season is from June to October, and the blueberry festival usually runs from late July to early August. Perfect in salads, pies, or just as a snacking handful, with plenty of varieties, from super sweet to sour.
You can pair your produce purchases and meals with local wines and beers, either directly from the wineries and breweries in Vermont if you are willing to travel, or in the shops you can find in town. It is a great way to support the local economy, and make great gifts for a house/pet sitter, or for friends and family who were not able to make the trip.
We know you will absolutely love this home, its incredible views and pristine location!

Great condo for our MLK ski weekend
James Lotney
Our group had an excellent MLK weekend here. The condo is only a few minutes from Stratton, which made getting to the mountain very convenient. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the bunk room was perfect for the kids. We especially appreciated having multiple bathrooms and two separate family rooms. After a full day of skiing, the fireplace and private hot tub were exactly what we needed. Dmitry was friendly, helpful, and easy to reach throughout our stay.
An unforgettable New Year’s stay
Darren Klein
This was the perfect place to celebrate New Year’s with family and friends. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a big dinner, and there was plenty of room for everyone to eat and spend time together. Having two living rooms was especially helpful—the kids enjoyed the downstairs area while the adults relaxed by the main fireplace. Ending the evening in the hot tub overlooking Stratton Mountain was amazing. A cozy and memorable Vermont New Year!
Perfect winter getaway near Stratton
Lauren Clifford
We had a wonderful early winter stay at this condo. The home was warm, clean, and very comfortable for our two families. We loved relaxing by the fireplace after skiing and watching the snow fall from the hot tub. The view of Stratton Mountain was beautiful, and the drive to the slopes was incredibly quick and easy. Dmitry was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!
Fabolous Condo and unforgettable stay. Thanks Dmitry!
Sierra
This house was perfect for a large group on our annual ski trip. Plenty of beds, and the main living area is so spacious and open, awesome for the whole group to hang out after a day of skiing. Also great to have a living room both downstairs and upstairs in case people want to be doing different things. The hot tub was awesome, kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to cook dinner and breakfast, and having a dishwasher was super clutch (we're from nyc so that is a luxury). Dmitry was very responsive, friendly, and so helpful the entire stay. And best of all, it was a quick and convenient drive to Stratton to get on the slopes each day. Hope to come back next year!

Presidents’ Day weekend
21 February 2026
Jason Steadman
We stayed for Presidents’ Day weekend and couldn’t have chosen a better home base for our ski trip. The location near Stratton was excellent, but the condo still felt peaceful and private. Everything was clean and well prepared when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our group to spread out. The mountain view from the deck and hot tub was one of the highlights of the trip. Highly recommended for families or groups visiting Southern Vermont!
