We spent the Fourth of July weekend here and had an incredible stay. The house was perfect for our summer family getaway. We enjoyed grilling on the deck, relaxing outside, walking down to the river, and ending our evenings around the firepit.

The wrap-around porch quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee, and the hot tub was great at night. There was more than enough space for everyone, and the game room kept us entertained when we were inside. The home has a special historic Vermont character that made the whole trip feel different from a typical vacation rental. We would happily come back!

We had a beautiful Memorial Day weekend here with friends and family. The warmer weather gave us a chance to really enjoy the property — morning coffee on the wrap-around porch, grilling outside, spending time by the firepit, and exploring the river just across the street.

The house itself was comfortable and full of charm, and there was plenty to do even when we just wanted to stay in and relax. The hot tub was perfect in the evenings, and the kids loved the game room. Such a peaceful Vermont escape and a great start to the summer.

We stayed here with two families for Presidents’ Day weekend and had such a great time. The house worked perfectly for adults and kids, with plenty of bedrooms and different spaces to spread out. We skied during the day and spent our evenings in the hot tub, playing pool, and just relaxing together.

One of our favorite things was the atmosphere of the house. It feels historic and authentic but still has all the modern comforts you need. The location was also very convenient for our ski days at Mount Snow. We left wishing we had booked an extra night!

Our group came up for the long MLK weekend and had an amazing stay. We spent our days skiing at Mount Snow and loved coming back to the hot tub in the evening. The drive to the mountain was easy, and the house was exactly the cozy Vermont retreat we were hoping for.

The game room was a big hit, especially the pool table, and we really enjoyed sitting together by the pellet stove at night. The home is spacious, comfortable, and full of historic charm. We would absolutely stay here again for another winter weekend.

We spent Thanksgiving here with our extended family and couldn’t have picked a better home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The house has so much character and truly feels like a classic Vermont home.

We especially loved evenings by the pellet stove, playing pool in the game room, and relaxing in the hot tub after dinner. The quiet village setting made the whole weekend feel peaceful and special. A wonderful place for a family holiday together!
