Our July stay at 100 Acres Estate was beautiful. The pool, fire pit, tennis court, and outdoor space gave everyone something to enjoy, and the house had plenty of room for our group to spread out comfortably. We loved the privacy of the property and the feeling of being surrounded by nature. It was the perfect place for a summer family vacation in Vermont.

Our stay at Dmitry's house was absolutely spectacular. The house was beautiful and the rooms were very comfy and clean. The game house was amazing and the pool and tennis courts were a lot of fun. He was very responsive to any questions that we had, and was friendly and easy to communicate with. I would recommend his house to anyone looking for a private stay in southern Vermont.

This property was exactly what we were hoping for — peaceful, private, and very comfortable for a big group. The house had plenty of bedrooms, great indoor and outdoor spaces, and so many amenities to enjoy. We especially loved the hot tub, fire pit, game house, and the beautiful Vermont surroundings. It was a perfect place to spend quality time with friends and family.

We stayed at 100 Acres Estate over President’s Day weekend, and it worked perfectly for our group. There was plenty of space for everyone, the house was very comfortable, and the amenities made the weekend feel special. After skiing and exploring Vermont, we loved coming back to the hot tub, sauna, game room, and fireplace. It was a great winter holiday weekend and a perfect home for a large family or group trip.
