We contacted the owner 5 weeks prior to our stay and express interest in using the property for a very small wedding for me and my now wife. Not only did Dmitry agree to letting us have the wedding, he went above and beyond to help us plan, cater and execute the entire weekend. The houses and property were amazing and exactly how they were described. It was a pleasure renting and dealing with the owner. We will absolutely be coming back!

We had a great time and there was so much to do on this property. We hiked, played pickleball, tennis, Ping-Pong, pool, chess and swam in the pool. It was a great place to have a family reunion.

Very secluded location with lots for all ages to do. We had a mix of family and friends and the house offers rooms on several levels that allowed a nice level of privacy for the different families. The fire pit offers great views of the stars and surrounding area. We had several runners who liked running the trails and local roads. We also took the kids fishing at Kenny Pond which is just down the road. Internet connection was very fast and worked well with many devices using the wifi at once. Highly recommended for a stay with friends or extended family!
