We visited Wilmington with a group of 23 people and had the best time at Dmitry's log estate. The house is well equipped for a group of that size and we could easily enjoy sit-down dinners and drinks together.
Dmitry was also incredibly flexible and patient with all our questions - always responding rapidly to all our requests. I can warmly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing place to enjoy the nature and scenery of Vermont!

Hi! Two families with kids (5 total) were able to live comfortably in the house in their own space - while enjoying communal time cooking/eating/watching movies/playing games. Is perfect for that. Also great location if you want to get to more than just mt. snow - but goto other areas of interest. nothing is terribly far - so we really enjoyed that as well.
everything was clean and tidy, and the hosts super great at addressing any normal day to day things that may happen in a big house with a bunch of people.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our large group of 19 people. It was well maintained and had everything we needed as well as a guest house for our teens. Dmitry’s communication and attention to detail was awesome. We would highly recommend his Airbnb. Looking forward to renting from Dmitry again!

Our group stayed for a long weekend and had a blast. The home was beautiful with nice common areas. The hot tub and sauna were also great, and in good working order. The host was proactive in reaching out to make sure everything was going well and was immediately responsive to questions. Our group had a great time and we hope to come back in the future

Dmitrys house was amazing and super accommodating for our group of 14 - we could’ve easily fit 6-10 more people. Dmitry was super accommodating as our group had to leave another airbnb bc of an issue and we were able to book within minutes of contacting him, and were able to check in that night. He also was super responsive throughout our stay. Hot tub and sauna are great, as is the kitchen. Perfect house, would love to come back
